Once the contract is signed, it typically takes about two weeks before your first campaign goes live. The initial weeks are focused on setting up your email infrastructure, including the creation of secondary domains and mailboxes, as well as warming them up. While this warm-up is happening, we also build your lead lists and craft your email and/or LinkedIn sequences. This process generally takes two weeks, so we aim to send out the first outreach messages by the third week.

Once our initial drafts are ready, we’ll share them with you for review. We won’t send out any messages that you aren’t fully satisfied with. We avoid using your primary domain for outreach emails. If you’re currently doing so, it’s important to stop, as this can severely damage your domain’s overall reputation. Instead, we create secondary domains that redirect to your main site. We then set up mailboxes on these secondary domains for sending emails. This approach ensures that your primary domain’s reputation remains protected, regardless of what happens with the secondary domains. Additionally, by utilizing multiple domains, we can safely scale the volume of emails we send.
